weekend in Park City

We had such a fun weekend in Park City.  Derek had a great couple weeks at work and so his boss ( who happens to be my bro-in-law) sent our family to a fun weekend get-away in Park city.

Freezing through the orem Summerfest

The Orem Summerfest this year was FREEZING!! But, it has always been a tradition of ours to go to the parade and then watch the fireworks at Grandma and Grandpa Downeys.  So we toughed it out this year.

Beginning of Summer sports

 So we are officially starting sports in the Downey home!! Hooray!! The boys started in their first soccer league and had a lot of fun.  They aren't really interested yet in the competition of it, they more like getting to go and hang out with the kids.

 They also started T-ball.  Which I gotta say is about the cutest thing in the world.

This will be Kali's first year of softball and she is loving it!! This was the invite that she wrote up to invite everybody to her first game.  This so describes her personality. So Funny!!
