2007 recap

2007
Well we doubled our family this year with the birth of our twin boys Dominic and Zaxen . They are wonderful babies, so Jen is getting along really well and actually enjoying them, not just surviving. Lexi just turned 3 in December and and has been very gentle with her two new little brothers. She loves princesses and dress-ups. And is still quite a "mommas girl." which her mommy loves. Kali turned 5 in September, she just missed the schools dead line and so she is attending pre-school which she loves. She loves to sing and perform, and is too smart for her own good a lot of the time. Kali performed in her first dance recital this year and wasn't nervous at all to be on stage in front of hundreds of people. She also loves doing art projects and riding her scooter. Jen has been so busy this year with her miserable prenancy and then life changing twins. She loves every minute of being a mother. It has always been her dream to be home raising children, and she feels so blessed to be a mother. Jen has also been playing in some volleyball leagues in Salt Lake that have been a blast! Derek has done well this year working for a company that sells mortgages. He participated in a grappling tournament this year and took 1st place. Beating a world ranked grappler in the final round. He also has played in some softball leagues he enjoys.
What an amazing year 2007 has been. Derek and I often pinch ourselves and wonder why we have been so blessed. We are just grateful for all we have been given.

Jenn I love your sweet story. I can't believe Kali is 5 and Lexi is 3 already. I remember when you were blessing Kali. It doesn't seem that long ago. I love it that you are still playing volleyball. I love to still play tennis too. The Twins are to die for. They are the most hansome boys ever. Love it. Welcome to the blog world.
